10 Avatars of Lord Vishnu Coming to Life on the Big Screen
In a historic announcement that blends spirituality with state-of-the-art storytelling, Hombale Films and Clem Productions have revealed the creation of the Mahavtar Cinematic Universe (MCU) — a decade-long animated franchise dedicated to showcasing the ten divine incarnations of Lord Vishnu.
This epic universe will begin its journey with Mahavatar Narasimha, releasing on July 25, 2025, and will culminate with Mahavatar Kalki Part 2 in 2037. Promising breathtaking animation, spiritual depth, and a connection to India’s rich heritage, this cinematic saga will unfold across films, games, comics, and more.

Director Ashwin Kumar, who will helm the first film, expressed his excitement saying,

Mahavatar Narasimha, releasing in 3D and five Indian languages, will be a visual spectacle — merging devotion, cinematic brilliance, and rich cultural storytelling to reconnect today’s generation with timeless Indian values.
