On the auspicious occasion of Varamahalakshmi, Hombale Films treated fans to the first look of Rukmini as Kanakavati. Dressed in a vibrant green and red saree, adorned with traditional heavy jewellery, and standing gracefully inside a palace with a warm smile, Rukmini’s regal look instantly captured attention.

Rishab Shetty, sharing the poster on social media, wrote:

Written and directed by Rishab Shetty, Kantara Chapter 1 serves as a prequel to the 2022 blockbuster Kantara, which redefined Indian storytelling with its deep cultural roots and mesmerizing visuals.
