On the auspicious occasion of Varamahalakshmi, Hombale Films treated fans to the first look of Rukmini as Kanakavati. Dressed in a vibrant green and red saree, adorned with traditional heavy jewellery, and standing gracefully inside a palace with a warm smile, Rukmini’s regal look instantly captured attention.

Written and directed by Rishab Shetty, Kantara Chapter 1 serves as a prequel to the 2022 blockbuster Kantara, which redefined Indian storytelling with its deep cultural roots and mesmerizing visuals. Rishab, once again, will play the lead role. His first look from the film, unveiled on his birthday earlier this year, had already created a social media storm.
