The upcoming Tamil suspense drama web series Exam is all set to premiere soon on OTT. Starring Vettaiyan fame Dushara Vijayan and Aditi Balan in lead roles, the seven-episode series promises an emotional and gripping story centered around the harsh realities of competitive exams.

What is Exam About?

Exam is set in the high-pressure world of entrance and competitive examinations, where the future of students often depends on a single test. The series explores powerful themes like ambition, injustice, family pressure, and the difficult moral choices people are forced to make when pushed to their limits.

With suspense at its core, the story highlights the emotional struggles faced by students and families dealing with the intense exam system.

When and Where to Watch Exam?

The series will start streaming on Amazon Prime Video from May 15, 2026.

Originally made in Tamil, Exam will also be available in dubbed versions in Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi. It will additionally feature subtitles in 15 languages, including English.

Cast and Crew of Exam

The show stars Dushara Vijayan, Aditi Balan, and Abbas in important roles. More cast details are expected soon. Exam has been produced by Vikram Vedha makers Pushkar and Gayatri under the banner of Wallwatcher Films. The series is written and directed by A. Sarkunam. Talking about the project, the producers shared that the show focuses on ambition, injustice, and the emotional cost of standing up against a broken system.

Dushara Vijayan’s Upcoming Film

Apart from Exam, Dushara Vijayan will also be seen in the upcoming action thriller Kattalan, starring Antony Varghese. The film is expected to release in theaters in May 2026.
