Popular TV actress Deepika Singh, best known for her iconic role as Sandhya Bindani in Diya Aur Baati Hum, recently left her fans concerned after a picture of her on a hospital bed went viral. In the image shared on her Instagram story, Deepika is seen with a drip in her hand, sparking worries about her sudden health scare.
The actress captioned the photo with a heartfelt message: “This is also the truth of my life.” She also expressed gratitude towards her doctor, writing, “Thank you Doctor BMP, for saving my life again.”
Shortly after the post went viral, Deepika addressed her fans directly through a video update to clear the air and assure everyone of her well-being. She said, “Hello friends, I am fine now, I am at home. My BP was low, this is true, but I wasn’t working on set today. It was my day off. I had high acidity which caused a headache and low blood pressure. That’s why I needed a drip, but I am completely fine now.”
She further explained, “It usually takes an hour to an hour and a half for the drip. I want to thank my doctor who always supports me. My BP dropped due to a lack of sodium after vomiting from acidity. But there’s no need to worry—I’m recovering well and will be back on set very soon.”

Fans can now breathe a sigh of relief as the actress confirmed she’s feeling better and gearing up to return to work soon.
